The attorney is incompetent and allows his 2 paralegals, Gabner and Jonathan to run the office as they see fit. They prey on the Haitian community. The service is terrible. They treat the clients poorly and coerce them to have un ecessary tests, promising the clients large settlements. When in turn they run up the client's bill to negotiate a bare settlement with the insurance companies. The lawyer takes his 33 percent plus extra fees off the top of the settlement, pay for all the unnecessary tests they forced on the clients, leaving very little to no money at the end of their case. So stay away at all cost!
