Terrible Service. Loves to travel while he "works" on your cases. Lazy as can be, uses a Word Doc template anyone can download online. Experience with Mark was sub par if not garbage. He lacked attention span and needed assistance reading a police report for a car accident. Went on several vacations while I was dealing with my claim, ultimately costing thousands of dollars of time and money as the claim settlement decreased by over $8,000. I would not recommend using him for anything. He will be in Panama for half of the year so GOOD LUCK with communication!
