We turned to Mark Iverson and his staff after having a terrible experience working with an out-of-state adoption facilitator for nearly 4 years, in hopes of adopting. After we became an approved family with Mark Iverson's office, we were chosen by a birthmother a short time later. Without Mark and his staff (especially Christine who is a Saint in our eyes) our dream of adding a child to our family would not have happened. They were always so responsive, kind, and just went the extra mile to insure everything went smoothly. We also want to say that not only did they treat us wonderfully, but they were also very supportive, and helpful to our baby's sweet birth mother who made the courageous choice to give her child a stable, loving home. We have a wonderful open adoption and share photos and updates with her. We are forever grateful and can't say enough great things about Attorney Mark Iverson and his wonderful staff!

I have worked with Mark Iverson and his staff at Adoption Legal Services for the past seven plus years. I have honestly never met a more caring man or attorney. He's truthful, honest, fair and very responsive. I enjoy the fact that he is super intelligent and straight forward. He's a very real and honest person. He truly prides himself in not only his practice but also his family. It is so heartwarming seeing the healthy relationships and families he helps create with his own immediate family as well as his clients. You can instantly tell Mark has a true calling and passion for what he does daily and by all the grateful families he's helped through adoption as well.nHis staff is incredible and very friendly. I overheard a conversation when I was in his office of a young mother that told Sara no other attorney in town would help her or answer her questions. Sara immediately handed the young women to a staff member that could help and she must have spent 30 minutes of more answering her questions and trying to help this young mother out. That's super impressive. Not many attorneys or staff at law firms give free initial consultations or are so willing to help without nickel and diming their clients. nI would recommend without hesitation going to Mark for any and all of your Adoption needs. Plus you may be lucky enough to see super cute babies hanging around like Christina's newborn. If a business owner allows his staff to bring their babies to work so they can be cared for by there mother there are not enough stars in the world to give them.

He helped us with our 2 foster/adoptions. Each time was a good experience with him and his staff. I'm so thankful for his help as we grew our family. If we were going to adopt anymore we definitely would be calling him again and we recommend him to all of our family and friends.

My experience with Mark Iverson and his legal assistant Christine Verstrate was not an enjoyable one. Working with their office is the 3 worst experience I have had in my life.They do not return phone calls. They are unprofessional and very expensive. Christine, comes across like she is doing you a favor to talk to you. Once they collect a retainer they are slow to complete work.nDo your research you may be better off paying an attorney by the hour vs a flat fee. I also would recommend you have a contract with the attorney so you know what your being charged and why. If you have ever used an attorney besides Mark R. Iverson you will find his billing invoices and lack of contract to be very Unprofessional.
