Going 74 mph on a 50 mph speed zone, 6 points, back in 2017. I paid $695 and Palumbo took care of the whole case. I was found not guilty and my ticket was dismissed June 2021. During the past few years, I would email for updates, and he responded very promptly. Highly recommend and very convenient not going to court. Thank you Palumbo and firm!

I contacted Palumbo and Associates after receiving a 'speeding' ticket on the Henry Hudson in NYC in December 2018. Michael and his office kept me updated on rescheduled court dates, and handled all communication with the courts during COVID-19. I am very happy to say my ticket was dismissed in June 2021. My insurance never went up, and 6 points never hit my record. I honestly never had to worry about anything after sending Palumbo & Associates my original information and ticket, I highly recommend this team.

I cannot say enough thank yous, I have been worried about this ticket for the last 4 years. Its my first and definitely my last ticket of this kind, i have a clean driving record and this was so worrisome to me. I did not think it would be possible to get it dismissed especially in NYC where they take tickets like this very serious and you dont even have the option to plead out. Thank you to Mr Palumbo and his awesome team, i appreaciate all your help and hard work. You guys were worth every penny i payed. Spoke directly with Attorney Palumbo when calling. Rather would have preferred to speak with a paralegal or office manager, or someone whose time is not so limited.... Felt that he did not adequate answer my questions and felt pressured into signing a retainer, which gladly I did not. Later in the day after reviewing his website, to further consider signing a retainer, I discover that HE USED TO BE A COP. Lots of things on the website, explaining what an amazing attorney he is, his qualifications, expertise, etc.. but I could not find anything (I may be mistaken) listing any pro-bono work, advocacy, etc from his firm. So basically, for awhile he was on the other side of doing the right thing - writing expensive tickets for minor violations, with a focus on targeting black and brown communities for these violations (as unfortunately has been the case for many police departments in my opinion) Maybe he even retired after 20 years with a full pension, at tax payer expense? Who knows? But now he is an attorney on the other side and wants more of your money!!! Now!!! I'm sure he is a great attorney from his qualifications, and if you are involved in anything really serious like accidents that were your fault, where there were serious injuries, maybe this is the right guy for you?? But if you are just looking for an attorney to help fight tickets that you feel are unfair, please keep in mind this man was once the one writing this tickets, and makes no apology for his career in terrorizing black and brown communities. Since I am reviewing an attorney let me clearly state: -The above review is just MY OPINION EDIT: After posting my review I scrolled down to read other reviews. Wow, so glad I did not hire this guy. You can tell exactly the type of person he is, from how is responding to negative reviews. Word of advice - if someone responds negatively to your business, it's best just to keep it simple "Sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. Thank you for sharing to let us know how you felt" but when you respond with PARAGRAPHS, it just makes you look even worse. One review in particular and Attorney Palumbo's response REALLY STANDS OUT, in my opinion, explains exactly why you should not hire this guy, in my opinion. Customer hired Palumbo to represent him for NYC traffic ticket. Palumbo represented him and subcontracted the job to other attorney, as is allowed by the retainer agreement. Customer was unhappy the job was subbed out for the price he paid. DUDE - if someone calls you and needs help with a NYC ticket, you should just tell them quickly that your firm does not directly handle these cases, and maybe you have an attorney friend in NYC you can recommend them to? That is just so messed up you would take $600+ from them, and then sub it out to another attorney in the city, who is probably charging you only $150-$200 MAX., and keep the rest for yourself, for doing little work other than providing the retainer and consultation, and billing the customer. The above review is just my opinion. In my opinion this guy gives the appearance of being a total low-life and you should go somewhere else. When people are this greedy/pushy for money, in a high(er) paying carrier field, there are a lot of times other issues going on such as gambling addiction, substance abuse, back taxes, back child support, etc... It's not normal behavior from an attorney to be like this, in my opinion.

I wish there were more good things to say about these guys! I will start with my story and take it from there. Got a speeding ticket going 88 on a 55 in July of 2020. I thought I was screwed. I looked online everywhere to see where I can find a good lawyer for this. Wound up finding these guys and gave them a shot. Sent them my ticket on their website, and they promptly emailed me back with their offer. Long story short, I completely forgot about the ticket and just last week (this is written Jan 2021) I received an email with the results on my case. It got reduced to a 60/55! I was stunned when I looked at the email. Took me a little bit of time to process what had actually happened. I was ecstatic to see the results. If you need any help with a speed ticket, I would not hesitate even for a second recommending this law firm. The only work that was done on my end was sending the initial ticket. That was literally it. Did not have to go to court or anything like that . Sent the ticket, got the results, sent the payments required, done. I do not write many reviews unless I find it is truly worth it. This one was. This law firm is awesome. I would rate them 6 star if I could. Thank you so much guys for this stress free process!
