For the last 2.5 years Mr. Bennett, to the best of his abilities, defended a violent murderer who had over 20 previous criminal charges over his lifetime (since 2008). Someone who beat (with a curling bar) and strangled to death (with a weightlifting band) my brother-in-law with his bare hands. A criminal who lodged a beer bottle into my brother-n-law’s mouth after he was unconscious to ensure he died a horrific death from suffocation.
