Spoke to “them” this morning about a business matter and couldn’t get passed their “assistant”which didn’t identify herself and hanged up the phone on me twice. I’m sorry for the probably hard working lawyers behind this firm but this kind of behavior on their front line is unacceptable and these people probably need to be retrained or re-employed.
