They were very nice and professional
I am a Military Servicemember who had issues with the company who moved my stuff to Alabama. In the process of the move, the company damaged my brand new house. Due to the company not being affiliated with the Army, the JAG/Transportation/IG offices would not help me. So I was forced to handle the situation on my own. Even after calling other law offices in the area, no one really seemed to know how to handle my case due to the company being from another state. One of them even said I would have to travel out of state to handle the situation. But thanks to the professionalism and expertise of James Tarbox, I was given the advisement that the Army failed to offer me to handle the situation.
