I arrived to my appointment and have still been waiting about an hour and a half. My mom called before as well and they kept her waiting and gave her a demeaning treatment because she’s in Mexico, even though I had already called previously and she kept telling them her daughter is a citizen living in the US. We had also asked for my dad’s case information, they said they would sent it and never sent anything, after several calls back and forth we ended up finding out that they didn’t even have anything anymore. This has been a really big waste of time. I did not drive an hour and a half to be waiting ANOTHER hour and a half! I have yet to see wether they’re effective or not but based on my dad’s lost case and us having to leave to Mexico and wait for me to turn 21 I have very low expectations. I’m literally only here because my mom wants this, I’m getting ready to make her change her mind, this whole experience is very upsetting.
