I would not recommended Tawni eyer is the absolute worst attorney I've ever had. She tries to get you to take the most amount of time possible, so she can get on with her life and get her money. Because she gets money off every person that goes in front of the judge. The faster she talks you into taking the plea the faster she is paid. I do not recommend Tawni Eyer. I fired her, if u get her the best bet is to fire her also... Another lawyer got me 1 year instead of three...

If you want to pay a 1000 dollar retainer just to have an attorney advise you to plead guilty on something, feel free. That's what I did! A waste of time and money this dude is. I talked to the prosecutor myself before hiring Mr. Stone. The deal given to my special needs child was the same thing the prosecutor told me is what would happen if we just went to court. So I hired an attorney and what he advised me would happen and what actually happened were 2 different things. Then I got a bill for an additional 300+ dollar charge and I'll also have to pay for this charge to be be expunged off his record, which "was all supposed to go away" because "the ball was in our court". I could have done all this myself without paying the 1000 dollar retainer. And the 300+ I'll still need to pay. Con. Artist. Beware!
