I regret using Eric for my daughter's divorce. In my opinion he did nothing in her favor. It was like he was representing her ex and not her. She paid dearly monetarily and re custody issues. And his rates were not inexpensive. Also, in my opinion, he had no interest in truly helping her and lacked judgement, empathy, and a work ethic. I would not recommend his services.

Eric is an amazing attorney. He handled my complex divorce with the utmost care and detail. He was available at every turn and answered each and every question with ease. I met with Eric Martinelli several weeks ago after meeting with other lawyers about my child custody dispute. I could tell right away that Eric was different. He didn't charge me for the meeting and he didn't rush me. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. In the two weeks that he has been my lawyer, he has been forceful with the other lawyer when it was needed, but not to the point of creating unnecessary fights. I have been very pleased with the way he has handled my case.

I have personally recommended Eric for my client that was going through a very difficult divorce since his last attorney was not returning calls or billing for services not preformed in a timely manner. He took over and handled all aspects from start to finish with all parties being very satisfied. I will refer him again when the time comes.
