I had a hearing this morning that was denied because it was filed wrong. Mathew Golden was my attorney and never even looked at the paperwork or told me I filed it wrong until an hour before the hearing. That is almost a year of sitting on a case and never looking at the person. Not only that but I called numerous times asking to speak to him and never heard his voice until an hour before the hearing. I would not recommend anyone who values the time they have left on this earth to waste it with this Law firm!

If you want a lawyer that will return your calls or actually speak to you about your case and keep you informed then he isn't the lawyer for you. He represented my brother in our probate case and getting to talk to him was harder than finding a needle in a haystack. He treated my brother like he wasn't of importance and I think it was due to the fact my brother in currently incarcerated, but who knows? Me and my mother both spoke with him and he was rude and short and hung up in my mom's face. I wouldn't recommend him to probate my dogs will.

They are attentive, caring, knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
