Reviews

My colleague and I were recently represented by Dana Matthews and his team and we can't say enough about their professionalism and communication throughout the process. We highly recommend Matthews & Jones LLP for any litigation you may face. Our hope is that we will not have a need for future services but should we, we will certainly call Dana Matthews.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. The attorneys and support staff are extremely attentive and truly care about their clients and the outcomes of their cases.

Matthews and Jones probated my late husband's estate. Dan O'Rouke was very helpful and it went very smooth. I worked mainly with Tammy Amaru, Dan's paralegal. She was great about keeping me updated during the process. I would definitely recommend Matthews and Jones.

In April 2018 I met with Tom Hoffer with the firm and he was great. He kept me informed and seemed to be getting things moving. Unfortunately he left the firm in January of 2019 and the next lawyer I was assigned did nothing for approximately 7 months and then I learned, only because I called to check the status of my case, that I had been assigned to another lawyer. This third lawyer had my case for almost a year but communication from him was rare and I didn't feel like much was happening and then he left the firm and I was assigned yet another lawyer but this time I was notified. That lawyer lasted about 8 months and did file a motion during that time. Once again I was assigned another lawyer (number 5) who took over my case in March of 2021. This was my final lawyer and my case was finally resolved in November 2021. Basically the first and final lawyer I had were good, kept me informed and got things moving. However, I felt that the lawyers assigned in between those two didn't seem to me to think my case was important enough. I think the whole thing could have been resolved more quickly if I hadn't kept being switched to different lawyers and those that had the case, actually pursued it.
