Very nice people at the closing of this lovely couple.
On the day of our closing we waited over an hour in the lobby because they were behind. Really wouldn’t of been hard to call us and tell us to come later. The closing was suppose to be 12:30 we didn’t go in the room till almost 2pm! Also before closing I would email questions through the portal as advised and no one ever replied to the messages. What’s the point of the portal then?
Used this firm for our home closing. We were in and out in just over an hour. They answered all the questions we had and made a stressful experience go very smooth.
They made sure to get us closed with keys in hand after 5:00 PM on a Friday! Great experience.
