I hired Maggie last December to handle a divorce and child custody case. Almost nothing happened in the beginning due to my ex husband and I trying to handle it ourselves, but once he got his own attorney I felt like she still did not care. Their policy is they contact you within 24 hours, but that is not the case. I kept track of dates and times I called and twice she never returned my call, and twice didn’t return emails claiming she forgot to hit send. I called and spoke with Scott once to ask Maggie a question and Scott was incredibly rude to me basically saying there was nothing that could be done, and he never passed my message along to Maggie to call me. It seemed like she wasn’t interested in my case as she drafted a common child custody schedule that wouldn’t work for my ex and I. She never mentioned getting a GAL or temporary custody hearing until five months later. I felt unheard and like she was always too busy. I spent $4000 on someone that was supposed to serve and fight for me and I didn’t get any of that.
