He recovered to the LIMITS of the auto policy for me. His fees to have the office work done and record gathering were minimal and very fair. At one point, I needed an expert opinion and Mac found a great doctor. When the insurance company paid out the final lump sum, they stated they figured they'd be sued if they didn't, so they didn't haggle and just paid. I'm so grateful for Mac and his staff.
