Attorney Tim Thomas was truly the person I needed through a very difficult time in my life. Lots of patience and made me look at things in a different light. I've known Tim Thomas all of my life in that he and I from the time we could walk attended the same Sunday School at the church that is directly across from his office. I have used his professional services twice in the last few years and I found him to be very thorough in his work, well organized, realistic, and professional. It has been over 8 months since they started working on my will and testament. I was told that they had to file it and that they would mail it to me. I still have not received it in the mail. I only received my living will and power of attorney documents. I have called several times and have been told that either they usually give it to us when we are there which they did not. Or that they could not find it. Timothy's secretary has told me many times that she would have Timothy return my call each time I have not heard back maybe once or twice in the beginning he called back but to no avail. I was also told that copies would be sent to my trustee but he has not yet received it either. Now I keep getting put in phone mail and still no return call from Timothy or resolution or anything. I am unable to even sell my stocks without a medallion stamp which requires a copy of my trust. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them!
