Was hired for a lawsuit that he was 80% he could win, when he honestly had no knowledge of how to handle a wrongful termination settlement. The case went on for over a year and I was billed to even speak with him which understandly that’s usually how it works but he hadn’t done anything for me to try to win a lawsuit. Contacting him was pulling teeth because he always directs you to his assistant who is very unknowledgable about the court system and honestly even working a computer. The company sent him a letter and a week later he dropped the case so honestly I believe he was paid off from the company to close the lawsuit. He had received the letter but refused to tell me what it was and said the company accidentally sent it. He lied about it and it was very unprofessional. His brother(another attorney) called me and told me my attorney was dropping my case and handing it over to him; but when he found out it was a wrongful termination case he refused the case. My first time being in a lawsuit and I wish I would have gone to a lawyer who was experienced in these cases, but I would by far not recommend him. I still received a bill from the last week of being notified that my case was being dropped when I had to call to find out he was no longer covering my case. Very uninformative, professional and doesn’t treat your case importantly like it is his own.
