Initially I was greeted and had a great meeting where they really got to know me and the specific needs of my situation. Throughout my case, they stayed in contact with me continuously with updates, but also to find out if I had any additional needs they could help with. On several occasions, I needed additional info from medical, individuals, whomever. Each time they spoke on my behalf and got the needed info. There was very few things I had to find/gather on my own, and on those occasions, they helped me through it. Even after the case was complete, they worked and did find where additional funds could be returned to me from multiple medical entities. This really set them apart in my mind, as the didn't receive any of it, this additional work was solely for my benefit. I was in a very serious auto accident about 3 years ago. I was a passenger in a friends care and she pulled in front of another driver who T-boned the side of the car I was riding on. I was injured in a motor vehicle collision on September 17, 2014, in Colorado Springs. The other driver admitted he "couldn't really see the light" and ran through the red light at 35 mph and just entered the intersection. I was at the intersection and went out when the light turned green. The passenger side of my car was struck by the other vehicle. My wrist had a fracture and I had neck and back pain. I also noticed dizziness, vertigo and shoulder discomfort. The other insurance disputed liability and my claim. Months later, I decided to hire an attorney. To be in a car accident and deal with a litigation afterwards is not an easy ordeal, but having McCormick & Murphy Law firm represent my case made it less traumatic.
