I reached out seeking advice for Joe concerning an issue with my previous landlord, but the experience was quite disappointing. Joe was not only dismissive but also hurried me off the phone, stating he had other matters to attend to. This lack of consideration and empathy makes it clear that he is not the type of person I would want to seek counsel from in the future. Customer service is essential, especially in sensitive situations like these, and this interaction fell woefully short.
Straight-shooting lawyers who are knowledgeable and focused on the job at hand. I am editing this after 3 years to add that Mr McCrink and his top lawyers are the best you can get to represent you, time and time again.
I would give them a 0 if I could we had joe He absolutely did nothing for us! Wasnt prepared let a judge use maternal info to rule instead of girlfriend situation! Scared brain from the beginning I didnt want to hire him but my boyfriend that has never needed a lawyer! I wouldnt use them if they were the last law firm on earth!
I’ve known Matt McCrink for years. I thought he was a down to earth individual. Being a so called faithful church goer, as well as very well involved parishioner. That had a lot to do with a friend mine’s Mother reaching out to his firm for assistance with a couple of things. One of them involved the making up her “Last Will & Testament”. Of course he assign a esquire along with a paralegal each time. Well, friend’s Mother’s will was made up a few years before she passed by a Esquire with assistance of a paralegal. When she died. Friend waited to file at court house. It was brought to friend attention that there was no rush. Explained by Friend’s Mother’s funeral director. Who was very helpful with taking care of Friend’s mother. Everything was quiet until Matt McCrink contacted friend to inform same that he was representing fried’s estranged sibling. Forcing friend to file paperwork at the court house. So, sibling could get what sibling could get . All I’m going to say is that it was a “CONFLICT OF INTEREST”on Mr. McCrink’s part. The client he should of been representing should of been the executer of the will. Who happen to be there for his mother through thick and thin. Where the sibling was never around to support the Mother. I just want to put out that I think a Lawyer / Law Firm where the will was drawn up should not represent someone who’s going after the executor of the deceased client. Again “CONFLICT OF INTEREST”!!!!!!!! Pretty “SHADY” if I say so myself. Think twice before even considering this Law Firm as a representative of a situation that may arise.
If you want the best lawyers don t go any further than this firm. They are 100% dedicated to you and your problem. They are very warm and Know the business of Law Very easy to talk to and you leave with a feeling of total confidence Mary McMahon
