I came in with an extremely complex life situation - husband with a business (and all that entails) died unexpectedly, mother with dementia suddenly needing 24/7 care during beginning months of COVID outbreak - also needed me to take over her rental business affairs, close relative with some mental health issues to consider, etc. Susan listened to me explain my crazy situation, gave good advise and “never missed a beat”! We had our advance directives done here. They very patient as it took a long time and a few changes. Also I took some paperwork in to have her look change and put I to form. She was nice because the nature of the information and an organization that might do it for free.

Document details did not match the information provided to the lawyer. Posted this before and it was deleted!!!! BTW, the first thing they did was bill me. They had no problem doing that. I was stupid and paid the bill before the documents were completed. Who would of thought a lawyer firm could be so bad!
