Don't know how this company has 5 stars when it is a scam. I've continously received calls from them for a person I don't know, and when returning the call you get an outside office who is of no help. If you call the number listed in their voicemail, it is someone who just hangs up on you.

We’re at determination made process in compensation step. Three year later due to this firm’s incompetence. I’ve now found my father had a another illness, I’ve been trying for days to get in touch with my claim admin(which they promised would be better than Emily Gonzales) but she’s isn’t responsive. Most of my claim I’ve done myself and these people don’t deserve 10% of anything. I wish I fired them after the first year of their lack of attention to my claim. Save yourself the heartache, wasted time and unanswered calls, texts, and emails and go with someone else if you want someone to represent you and be attentive to your needs.
