Mcgaughey Erickson

We have used McGaughey Erickson since 2015. Bob McGaughey and Aurelia Erickson are the most skilled, knowledgeable and excellent attorneys we have met. We have used McGaughey Erickson for a number of issues over the years. Mr. McGaughey has literally written the book on corporate contract law in Oregon (and even opposing counsel used his book during our case!). At the same time, they are realistic -- they do not overpromise but give clear, logical and fair updates as cases progress about what the realistic outcomes will be and understand that the lawsuits are very stressful and that resolution (be it mediation or in court) is the key. I will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and would not pursue any legal matters without their advice.

This is a law firm you should avoid at all costs. They move offices because they have to reduce their overhead. From one "high-end" office to a less expensive quarters, moving thrice in over two years . . . all to reduce their overhead. And that's just for starters. They bleed their clients and over pad their bills. They do nothing but stretch their cases along. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
