Called law office because I am in a time crunch for my divorce. I was a little short on the retainer. But was willing to work with me. He set up a next day appointment to come in to talk more. Shawn was easy to talk to. Let me know he would have my back for my messy divorce. I have a good feeling on this. It's been a headache on what imma do about my divorce. But I feel a weight been lifted off my shoulders.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Bill McGinn is terrible. Doesnt give time and attention to his clients. Asked the same questions 4 times. Doesnt file your documents on time causing grief to an entire family. Takes your money and drops the ball. Fired him and have to get help somewhere else.

Haven’t actually hired any of these guys yet, but talked to Dan over the phone and he was super informative, even talked more than most attorneys.

Absolutely recommend. I will definitely return if needed. Kyle McGinn asked pertinent questions, addressed my questions/concerns, explained issues clearly, and did an overall thorough job. Kyle is easygoing, engaging and good-natured. I feel the services were fairly priced for estate planning.

Represented me once and Bill did an ok job. The second time he represented me was a terrible decision on my part. Bill never asked me any details about what happened, NEVER returned any of my calls or got ahold of me to inform me what was going on with my case, told me to “shut up and sit there” while I was in jail, pretrial hearing I had no idea what to plea out to as he never kept me informed, called him on the day of sentencing and he had no idea I even had court that day, ended up not even showing up for that. He did completely nothing for me, the sentence I got was all my doing and he does not get credit for any of it. After sentencing, he did not call or explain any details of my case, I had to reach out to him and this is where this “defense lawyer” called me a menace and put me down. From the experience I had with Bill McGinn, I’m convinced he was for the state instead of being a defense attorney.
