My husband & I were very pleased with our experience with the McIntosh Law Firm. We were guided thru the process of creating a Living Trust. They were very thorough and made sure it was structured to cover our specific needs.

Will not listen! There is a conflict of interest for Chris gelwicks to represent our community. He represented our president in a civil lawsuit against a previous board. We have notified Chris 3 times asking for a audit. No response. New members complain about lack of transparency . Our gates do not work, our entrance is a dump and needed repairs never get fixed or complete. Older members are afraid of the president and her family. We do not receive information on lawsuits. Members sent a letter to Chris asking he terminate his relationship with us. No response.

We have used lawyers at The McIntosh Law Firm to draft our wills, the most recent being Leah Trowbridge. We found everyone to be smart, professional, and very friendly. We will definitely continue to use the firm, and can highly recommend them.
