My visit was to accompany my aunt with her to update her estate desires. Reception was just ok. Waited about 15 min. Entered a private room with a meeting round table. Felt very comfortable in the presence of Miss Kelsey, who answered all our questions & simplified details to the trusts & estate plans. Consultation on my own upcoming appointment was appreciated, so I know what to bring to the appointment for an easy transition. I would recommend Simasko for Elder Law Consults.

In the past, I used Simasko Law (Jim Simasko) to help with a trust for my aging parents. Both my parents and I were very appreciative of the time that was taken to get all the details correct as well as the caring way he dealt with their needs. I now needed an update to my own trust and once again Jim and Simasko Law did all that was promised, caringly, and with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this firm.

We purchased a trust from them which in the agreement can be updated at anytime during the lifetime of the trust by them. They were very helpful at the start, however were non-responsive once it came time to update it. The trust was cookie cutter and a person could easily get the same one online for $20. The thousands of dollars we paid was really only for their notary service. It was a huge waste of money. They basically take a trust template from online, make you complete it, then they notarize it, if you’re lucky to even get them to call you back. When you call, the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and not helpful as well.
