Michelle was hired for FOC family custody case. She was friendly and appeared to know her information on the subject. However, throughout our long case(& lots of money) it seemed we weren’t her top priority, as if other cases took over scheduling a meeting with us and then calling last minute to have us scramble documents/ then get key information wrong during trial . Wouldn’t pick again for family lawyer.
I always thought lawyers should have good moral values as laws are generally based on the moral principles of a particular society. What does it say about a lawyer that defends clients who are out to commit child support fraud by not providing paystubs and health insurance information required to calculate the right support amount for children. If you want to get in trouble, act in bad faith, be dishonest and play games which are all likely to get you in trouble in court, by all means hire this lawyer and good luck to the both of you because you are going to need it! She has no conscience, nor integrity
Michelle is one of the most compassionate person you will ever meet. She encourages me to believe in myself and to stand up for myself. Michelle was suggested to me by a friend, she helped me understand the FOC, court processes and how to keep my son safe. She was very knowledgeable, kind, wonderful to my son and seemed to genuinely care about the outcome of my case.
