I highly recommend David McKenzie for any criminal matter no matter how big or how small. He kept in constant communication with me, he made sure I had all the information about my case, and he provided me with all of the possible outcomes so I knew what I was up against. Even with having a felony on my record, he was able to completely get me off my original charge and I only ended up with a $20 fine. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to represent me and if you decide to hire a different lawyer you’re making a mistake. Good Luck!

**EDIT. I should have known when he went in to talk to the officer without me. What I had previously thought was a fair deal for the ridiculous encounter with an off duty officer where absolutely nothing happened has now haunted me for years. This lousy excuse is truly an officer of the court. Don't let him fool you, he will not work for you and will gladly take your money. No discovery was filed. No argument was made just, literally, a back door deal for himself. I left my previous review up but it makes me sick to read it after what I am continually dealing with for this nothing situation. Original review: After having to fire the previous lawyer in my case, I had to make a quick decision to resolve my traffic matter. I called McKenzie Law Firm and Dave moved quickly to get the matter under control. I received no points in my reckless driving case, I couldn't be more pleased with the out come. McKenzie Law Firm will be my go to law firm in the future.
