I want to be completely transparent and say that Jim Tucker is representing my estranged wife and not myself. However, I want to make it known that he is unprofessional and immoral. So much so I had no choice but to report his misconduct to the Supreme Court of SC. As I type this review, he is ignoring all attempts I've made in moving forward with the sale of the marital property. He knows that as long as he delays the sale of the home, I am stuck paying down the mortgage and HELOC on the property. He doesn't care about the financial burden this is causing me. He knows that my hands are tied because I can no longer afford an attorney to represent myself. Lastly, Jim Tucker copied a real estate agent on an email that included sensitive, personal communications between family members. Think about that. In my opinion Jim Tucker is reckless and deserves to be reprimanded for his actions.

Great law firm! They fixed what my first attorney messed up. Even after years of my divorce they still remember me & there if I need them.

Ed Anderson is a true professional! I cannot recommend him enough. He guided me through an emotional divorce/custody agreement. I could not have asked for better results. Thank you, Ed.

Jim Tucker, JD Jessica Tucker, JD Tammy Lauck, Paralegal A sincere thanks to the three of you! This case was a tough one, the opposing attorney from Baxter and her client (who filed for the divorce) were obstinate (emphasis added) and confused this character flaw as a strength in my opinion. The Court ordered us to attend mediation and our team tried to negotiate with the opposing counsel and her client to reach a fair settlement. We negotiated in good faith and fairly (not greedily) and communicated that we would not make the same fair offer going forward if they decided to dig their heels in and try to “bully” us into an unfair settlement. The opposing attorney and her client quickly ended the mediation efforts by stating, “I’m done.” After mediation, the lawyer from Baxter and her client insisted on going to trial. The Baxter lawyer and her client were very dishonest in my opinion (lied continually during the discovery process) and I believe that they thought they would prevail by using tactics and stunts. Our team (Jim, Jessica and Tammy) kept gathering evidence and preparing for trial which also included enlisting an expert CPA (Certified Public Accountant) witness. The final outcome was fantastic! The opposition got crushed! We received almost double what we asked for in the initial Mediation. They should have been reasonable. Glad the process is over but very pleased with the results!
