Horrible is an understatement. These people are arrogant unhelpful rude and make a simple transaction into an act of congress. Literally a simple loan package for a closing was made into a ridiculously complicated endeavor. Then to boot I arrived early for my appointment and then 10 minutes after my appointment someone else walked in for a signing and they took that person first. Horrible
