For many years I was a devoted client of this firm and my last visit to the office was in 2019. (It did not close in 2016) For reasons I still do not understand, it took months to correct a mistake in a 2019 real estate closing, and the attorney essentially ceased all communication with us. His assistant however, was very helpful and apologetic. It was simply strange and hurtful to be "ghosted" by a lawyer we admired and had worked with for many years.

Tried to call 3 days, during 3 days he did not pick up the phone even once. How is it possible to deal with the attorney who is not picking up the phone ?

I used these folks for my home purchase and they did an excellent job. Took great care of me, very professional.
