I have had the opportunity to work with several attorneys at McNerney both personally and on behalf of clients of Evergreen Wealth Solutions over the years. Over the past several months, I've had the pleasure of working with two lawyers from this practice on separate projects: Atty Peter Facey and Atty Nicole Ippolito. Both are very attentive to details and are wonderfully personable and relatable. I couldn't be more satisfied. Their behind-the-scenes team-including Mary and Theresa-is alao excellent.
I retained three attorneys at this firm. I paid them well over $40,000.00 because of their numerous legal mistakes I have incurred hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages and 20 years of ongoing financial damages. As a result I am suing them for legal malpractice. Docket No.15- 02,974. Their defense seems to be that they lacked the legal knowledge and/or experience to properly handle my case.
