Incredibly helpful and set me on the right path. Answer all my questions respectfully and felt very secure after leaving. Highly recommend this place and especially Kristopher Murphy. The receptionists were all exceptional as well, very kind. Made scheduling a breeze.

Call to see if they would be able to help with an issue, went on a brief hold, then was asked what kind of issue it was. After starting to explain, instead of kindly saying "No unfortunately that is not an issue we cover" the lady in the office hung up. Very unprofessional.

How could they improve? Actual communication between attorney and client, especially when requested. Did not see or hear from attorney hired past initial hiring when he was handed everything needed for a successful case. (Was even told I would, and never did) Did not get positive results either, really felt like attorney did not stand up for me in my case. Secretary did well as she was the only one I ever heard from and was quick with paperwork, especially billing...

Good people always there to help always give the best advice would recommend them to anybody.

Friendly staff, clean appearance and very professional.
