I called to ask a few questions about hit and run. And spoke to David. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. He is an amazing man and gave great advice without requesting any payment from me. I would recommend him anyway.

If you want to loose go here he did nothing told me there was no way to win. While in court I asked him to show the proof I had he just said no. Obviously I lost but as soon as I switched lawyers. To Jessica Sisk in the same week I went back to court and won Mcsween was with me for 2 months and lost jessica a week and won.

They were used for closing on a house and this was my worst experience ever, not our first rodeo. We were there for over three hours, they were pushy about the closing check when they were wired the money. Then they deposited the check and took twice the amount they were suppose to. Now they want us to wait to get my money back. Very unprofessional and would never recommend to even my worst enemy.

I had gone through a tradgic sudden loss, that put our estate into a probate situation. I was devastated, and couldn't even think straight. I turned to Jim McSween for help, and he was so good, and patient with me, and the others involved. He walked me through every step of the way, and after a year and a half it's finally done and over.
