Original Post: I do not recommend. My bill: $42.00 to set up an appointment; $52.50 for them to research property tax (which when I called to make an appt, asked if they handled that and they said yes so why did they have to research anything?); $175.00 to review paperwork and meeting with attorney who did not know process; $22.50 to scan my paperwork which I provided copies for them to keep. I received a bill today dated 06/27/22 and due 07/27/22. It's 9/13/22. First bill I have received EVER. I recommend going to someone else. I am afraid to call about the bill that I will be billed for a phone call as I was to make the initial appt. Left 1 star. Update 09/13/22: They called me pretty quickly after I emailed them my review. Then a new poster posted a 5 start review when they hadn't received a review in 4 years? That's questionable. Anyways, during the call, they apologized for not sending the invoice sooner, took off the fee for making the appointment. Agreed the $175.00 would stand since I was helped during the meeting. That fee is reasonable and my attorney in Lawrence charges $250.00 (never had any issue with any of their invoices ever). Again, they apologized and said they would fix their processes. Advice, when making an appt, ask if you will be charged and any other fees involved before getting the agreement as you may be back-billed for everything you think may be free, such the phone call to make a first time appt. Also, ask what attorney you are meeting with before showing up because I had an appt with Hausmann and was changed when I arrived without notifying me. Stars changed to 4 for rectifying the situation quickly.

Excellent professional service. I had to change my will multiple times due to family circumstances. They were exceptionally patient and supportive.
