The Follow through and Due diligence was poor at best. Zero Investigations into situations and funds. Did not review Paperwork thoroughly. I caught things on paperwork that he "reviewed" that was incorrect. Ended Up with extra Fee's that were not accurate according to the Court rule. Attitude towards Me was short and unprofessional. Would not recommend Luth to represent you in any situation. Acted as if because he was getting to retirement that my case was just a last job kind of deal and was more interested in that than actually doing any work towards the case besides writing up a few pieces of paperwork.
These guys set the "Bar" of what your Legal Counsel should be. Your last name, the defendants last name, job title, it dont matter, these guys are tenacious and will get the job done. Dont tuck your tail and run, Stand up and fight.
