Meirose & Assoc was suggested by the Clearwater Law Library as possible resource for dealing with an HOA storm water issue and problems with our current attorney. Mr. Lubliner is an absolute gem! He listened and made suggestion on how to try to proceed with our current attorney. How to request an opinion letter, and what he would need if we decided to move our case and the cost involved in that. I really wish I would have gone to him first. Thank you Mr. Lubliner - our problem with the attorney is not solved, we had no response to our request for an opinion letter! But the HOA is moving at glacial pace to address the flooding.
