Wonderful experience with Dan McKenzie and his team in drafting my will and related estate plan/end of life documents. They took the time to get to me and my wishes. Carefully went through each document with me and explained the alternatives. The process was efficient yet thorough, and very reasonably priced.

We needed to update our estate planning documents. The process McKenzie has set up for that is perfect - 3-4 meetings with set agendas, the signing meeting, etc. Every question was answered with knowledge. Was a great experience.

Preparing for what goes on in the world when no longer a part of it, either physically or mentally, can be difficult especially when there is limited knowledge of the processes involved. After talking with Andrew and going through the process of setting up my estate trust, I feel more comfortable with what will happen to me if I am no longer able to take care of myself and when I am gone. Over the course of the 3 meetings, I was impressed with the entire staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt comfortable discussing personal issues and felt I was among people who cared about my life and end of life as well as those who will still be around after I am gone.

The McKenzie law firm did an outstanding job in teaching us the importance of having an estate plan and then creating a unique and personalized plan for us. They did not push us through the experience and were always patient when we did not understand the why and how behind the plan. They are outstanding communicators and a very competent team. I am of good health but the situation that brought me there was a one off event. I ended up on an operating table for 3 hours and the doctor saved my life. I am very blessed to have survived it. At that time, I hadn't done any estate planning. I could not imagine if things turned out different and I had left this earth and put all that responsibility on my spouse and family to deal with all of my estate. Make the time to do the important things for your family and for your peace of mind.
