Very disappointed. My husband was killed as a passenger in an auto accident and I retained this firm. I knew that any monies awarded in the wrongful death would go to the estate and then distributed accordingly. What I did not know, my loss of consortium claim was not filed and I still don't know how to to follow up with that. I asked "my" attorney so many questions and felt brushed off and ignored. He got paid, the estate got paid and I got nothing. I lost my husband and walked away with nothing. Very disappointed. I recommend you ask as many questions as you can remember, write it down, record it, and demand proper communication. My Case was settled and I wasn't even TOLD! Two months after he received his portion of the settlement and I am calling him to get an update on my case only to find out it was settled! No phone calls , no text messages, no email updates. Nothing! And I thought he was representing me, it's my name on the contract ????.
