I hired their service through Milton Colegrove and don't recommend at all. It is like pulling a teeth to get answers for simple questions. I had to find answers from other lawyers in other firms for the document he crafted on LLC creation. Extremely reluctant to give any answer!. I could get the same (probably better) service from one of those online LLC creation websites. The reason I paid five times more and hired him was to get legal advice. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. You will thank me later.
Called Mr. Colgrove with a few general legal questions in regards to real estate. Even though I was not a client at time of call he took time to answers my questions. His answers brought to my realization aspects I had not considered in regards to my situation.
