We paid her $2000 to acquire a manuscript. We never received a copy. She never returned our calls. When I called to complain I was told she was out of the office. I said I was upset because my calls were not returned. She then proceeded to tell me it was her and to forget about my case becait was too hard. Good bye $2000

I called their office to schedule a consult, when I asked to know the name of who answered the phone, I was promptly hung up on, but not before I heard her laughing and saying "damn telemarketers'. I called back, but they refused to answer the phone so I left a message to please call me, but as of 3 hours later no call. 10/26/20 Addendum to response from Owner. I understand you get threatening calls from clients, but I was neither threatening or confrontational, I merely was seeking information on obtaining a K1 Visa at the time, the fact that it took you nearly a year to reply to my review says everything I believe. I am a small business owner myself and I pride myself on my customer service so I try to never be rude to anyone and immediately reply to any concerns. Jeff Patcheak
