Miami Parking Authority

Very convenient, there u can get your parking permit for the events near your house; for example : I live very close to the Marlin's Stadium, so if u need to park u car outside in the spot that has a sign that said " only for residential customers " then u must go to the Parking authority on 3rd Avenue : present ur license and ur vehicle registration. And they will give u ONLY 1 PERMIT , if u misplaced or lose it , u won't get another one. Its important that ur driver licences have the same address where u live.

If i can rate this place -0 starts I totally would!!!! So i went to pay at one of the machines they have and it was not working so I called the # on the machine for customer service. 1. The representative was extremely rude, I explained to him that online said $35 per hour and that the machine said $7 for 2 hours that I wanted to use the machine but it was giving me trouble so he said to me that if I did not liked the price I could go and find parking somewhere else , then I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hanged up on me !! I was this close to miss a bout tour I had plan, I had to run in order to not missed it! nNever using this "parking service " anymore in my entire life!!!!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!!

It's a parking garage. Good location for Federal courts. Good rate if you get there before 9AM. Otherwise it's a bit expensive.

They make you select an amount of time you are staying, in a "Flat Rate" parking. You pit the amount, and if you need more, they will cjarge you again. I got two charge of $28.. one for 5 hours and then again whe extended my tome one more hour. On a flat rate space, you should not need to put the amount of time. They are the best at stealing your money!!

Chaotic, constructions every where, closed streets and be ready to pay.....
