Horrible service. Would never call to give any updates on our case after numerous times asking and were told to wait. The ONLY times they would call is to either collect $$$ or complain on how we never submitted documents (which we were never informed of!) . Waited years wasted money time. Staff are inadequate at their jobs and clearly are missing experience.

I had an appointment with Micaela and she helped me answer some questions I had about immigration with no charge. The people were kind and greeted me as I walked in the door.

I heard about this office from a friend who got into America through this office and 5 years or so later i am now an American citizen thanks to Micaela helping me every step of the way sometimes the wait is long to meet with her but it is 100% worth it.
