This is May 2024, I was referred to Mr. Kennedy by another attorney. After reading countless good reviews, and hearing first hand from a few public defenders that know him personally, I was interested! We talked and he agreed to take on my case. During our initial contact, when price was brought up, he was FIRM on his price, (which was VERY FAIR considering the caseload I had), and that is precisely the moment I knew I wanted Mr. Kennedy as counsel.
