This had to be one of the worst experiences ever!!!! I got in a car accident in 2015 of December. I told everyone from the beginning I want to make sure that everything was paid for I receive any compensation for the accident that wasn’t my fault. Before signing the paperwork I made sure I and asked twice was all of my bill paid before receiving my final check I was advised yes. A couple months go by and I was pursued by my insurance company, the hospital, and the ambulance service. I had to pay for the ambulance service that I was told was already paid out of pocket. I had to pay hospital bills that I was told was paid. Lastly, my insurance company understood and try to reach out to Mike Hostilo law firm for me. My insurance company and I did not receive a call back until 2 years later by that time I paid my insurance company over a grand so I wouldn’t be in default. Once we were finally able to reach Mike Hostilo law firm and the paid the remainder 1-2 thousand dollars Due to their error. I asked will I receive reimbursement for the money I paid and the guy said he would get back to me. Long story short you will end up paying after the fact. The communication is horrible, and you can say professionalism doesn’t exist due to the fact business is not taken care of. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO REPRESENT YOUR Case!!!!!
