My brother was going down for a simple traffic stop gone wrong. He was being charged with 2 copy 1st degree felonies. The police who I normally have mad respect for, especially since I served as a Marine for 15 years, were in the wrong completely about how everything went down. Mike and Nathan defended me in trial on April 9th 2024 the charges against me were 2 first degree felony’s against public servants (DPS officers) I was found not guilty on both counts by every jury member. It looked bad cause the officers wanted me to go down and 5 officers actually testified as witnesses against me. It took 3 days to complete the trial but from day one it was known who was in control of the courtroom and that was Mike and Nathan. I completely recommend them both as trial lawyers and if you think you gotta take it to trial they better be on your list for hire.

Wow, what an amazing experience. I came to Mr Magana's office for help. I was facing 10yrs for a Felony 3. We were in court 3 days this week and the State was pressing the 10yrs even with minimal evidence(if you can call it that). Mr Magana went straight to work and fought for my freedom.
