They fought hard and diligent and we had got the resolution we were working towards. I couldn’t be grateful enough to have been able to work with the guys and the team. I paid the Manley & Manley firm, but ended up with a guy named Mr. Bigger. I honestly can't imagine either Manley knew what Mr. Bigger did or said in their name. I've heard too many good things from people who know them, but I still have concern that Mr. Bigger simply paved the way for causing harm to residents who refuse to accept threats. Once asked why he did nothing for his client being denied the access to medical treatment they were told they had, Mr. Bigger claimed he wasn't even present in Court that day, although he was present every court date. It got to the point of cutting mental health medications in half to make them last longer, which is dangerous. Doctor's were offering to call the attorney to stress how dire the situation was, but the client's word should have been enough. Mr. Bigger did almost nothing towards getting his client the access the Judge stated was already available. What started as a simple paperwork error, that everyone was warned of in the very beginning, ended up being a daily physically painful reminder that our citizens more than likely are not safe. I barely made it through, but whose to say the next person needing costly repairs they aren't responsible to pay for won't be on heart medications, diabetic, or a cancer patient. Not everyone can "Live with it, or pay for it." when those responsible simply don't want to.
