Myself and my nursing staff called this office to schedule a much needed consult for a patient of ours. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Linda appeared as very irritable, arrogant, disrespectful, and uneducated. She hung up on myself more than once and refused to give her last name. She was unable to display professionalism or decent customer service. I would never send a patient, friend, or loved one to an office that has a staff that behaves this way. Would not recommend this office at all!!

The receptionist Linda is the worst and most disrespectful person I have ever met. I overheard her making racist remarks to her fellow receptionist Bianca as well, who seemed accepting and in tacit agreement of racist remarks. Call Dr Siedlecki directly if you can, just to avoid her.

Would not recommend this office. I called on behalf of one of my patients to schedule an appointment and the staff member “Linda” is extremely rude and hung up on my face while I was inquiring on the required documents needed to schedule. Myself and another nurse called back to complain and was hung up on again. We had our supervisor call again to request her last name so she could be reported and per Linda “you don’t need my name, you don’t need any of that” and she hung up again. Not sure if their Doctor is aware that his staff is costing him a financial loss. We will not be referring any more patients to this office and will be sure to let all of our providers know how this office staff treats potential clients. I can not help but wonder how their current clients are treated by the poor customer service displayed. This staff is rude and disrespectful and so far away from professional. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Siedleki is caring, patient, professional and a really nice person. He talks to you, not at you, with respect. I highly recommend him.
