I have been represented by Mr. Snell since 2017 in a legal matter against another attorney, Mr. Cotton (Case No. CH-17-1239). Despite his initial promises that we would go to court by 2020, we are still waiting for our day in court. This prolonged delay has not only cost me significant amounts of money but has also taken a toll on my health. To make matters worse, Mr. Snell recently accepted a position with the prosecutor’s office in Arkansas, leaving me stranded without proper representation. His departure has left me feeling abandoned and frustrated, Additionally, Mr. Snell broke his contract with me by failing to fulfill his commitments and promises. His lack of follow-through and sudden departure have caused significant disruption and distress. This may also constitute a breach of the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically Rule 1.3 on diligence and Rule 1.4 on communication12. Furthermore, his actions might be considered a breach of contract under case law, such as in Taylor v. Johnston, where the court held that failing to perform promised obligations can lead to damages. Other relevant cases include Smith v. Lewis, where an attorney’s failure to act diligently and communicate effectively with the client was deemed a breach of professional duty, and In re Conduct of Cohen, which highlighted the importance of maintaining client trust and avoiding conflicts of interest. I am deeply disappointed with Mr. Snell’s handling of my case and the lack of communication and follow-through on his promises. I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking reliable and dedicated legal representation.
I am very pleased with their service..From day one everyone was sympathetic to my needs and help me in a timely manner. My brother is getting the help he needs because of Micheal Snell, Adam Holman and staff.. Thank you ????????????????
