Attorney Elliott is way out of his league. He preys on people who need help and hounds them to collect extra money. It would be fine if he was able to close a case but that is not the trail he leaves. I have a close acquaintence who went to him and was discuouraged by his lack of professionalism and continuing harassment for more money. He should be disbarred.
