My juvenile was bitten by a dog while jogging. The careless dog owner just let it happen and didn't try to pull back on the lease to avoid the attack. I'm not normally that kind of person because we are dog owners and dog lovers the same. In this instance, the people only lived around the corner and at NO TIME, did they EVER even reach out to us to see if my son was ok. They had our phone number, email, and physical address. So being disappointed in their lack of empathy for my son, I called Miller and Gaudio. Mike McMahon. came highly recommended from a friend. He explained the entire process and always had my son's BEST interest at heart. It is actually great to know there are guys like him who actually care about people and don't just treat them like gravy train clients. Mike McMahon took care of everything in just a few short months. He reached a very fair settlement for all parties involved. Great Law firm, I exclusively dealt with Mr McMahon. Mike was all anyone can expect from a lawyer. At the end of our first visit with Mike, he told me to "Go home and take care of my wife (she was involved in a horrific motor vehicle accident) and to leave everything else to me". It felt great to have someone who truly has your back covered! Every time I've called, texted or phone Mr McMahon, he has responded either immediately or by the end of the day!
